My happy place is creating illustrations that show the staggering variety, ingenuity and beauty of insects. They are endlessly fascinating, breathtaking, and incredible.

I prefer to stay home and draw draw draw ... but I always make an effort to attend the annual meeting of the wonderful Entomological Society of America (ESA). This year we are all meeting in Columbus, Ohio November 8-11 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Maybe see you there ...
